Online/offline advertising and PR
In addition to supporting test marketing at our own facility, we leverage our network with distributors, retailers, and restaurants in Singapore to assist with local market distribution and business matching.
About Service
Official SNS posts on JAPAN RAIL CAFE
Promote Japanese food and tourism on JAPAN RAIL CAFE's official social media accounts, which has over 20,000 followers. If you have an official website, you can use it to direct people there.
Promotions for JAPAN RAIL CLUB members, sales of travel products, online sales of products
Sell travel products on JAPAN RAIL CLUB. As the majority of Singapore destinations are FIT, listing destination-based activity products are recommended.
Hosting Events in a Live Online Format
We are capable of organizing and managing events in a live online format using platforms such as social media, Zoom, and LiveStream.
Social media marketing using influencers
Support in assigning influencers based on themes such as tourism, food, and anime, and inviting them to familiarisation trips.
Digital Out Of Home Media Coverage
Support outdoor advertising at train stations, HDB apartments, taxi stands, etc., where tracking was previously impossible. Traditional media has traditionally been difficult in verifying the effectiveness of advertisements, so by partnering with local company Moving Walls, analysing audience demographics is made possible.

The JAPAN RAIL FAIR Online Travel Booth
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was not possible to travel to Japan in 2020 and 2021, so an online travel booth, The Japan Rail Fair, was organised instead. The event was broadcast simultaneously to viewers all over Japan and in Singapore, with a total of more than 1,000 Singaporean participants.

While many initiatives focus on tasting events, we recognized the importance of brand image in Singapore and chose to leverage outdoor advertising—a medium closely tied to everyday life—to effectively promote Japanese fruits.
